She is survived by: her mother Elaine Tygart (Lingvai); her husband Adam Hazelton; her sons, Caden and Brock Hazelton; her siblings, Darrell Tygart, Jr. (Amy) of Thornton, CO, Dee Lasater (Glenn) of Denver, CO and Marie Hitzges (Cecil) of Frederick, CO; her sister-in-law Amy Utendorf (Dave); and her aunts and uncles, Jim Lingvai (Bev) of Dripping Springs, TX, Ed Lingvai (Barb) of Bryan, OH, Martin Lingvai of Halfway, OR, Sharon Smith (Harry) of Pendleton, IN, Susan Burkhart (Mike) of Defiance and Bill Lingvai (Theresa) of Beavercreek, OH.. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
