He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Neff and Loretta Neff (Wisda); his granddaughter Allison; and his siblings, Marilyn Tanner, William Neff and Kenneth Neff Sr..

He is survived by: his wife Sharon Neff of Defiance; his children, Shellie Dales (Chris) of Defiance, Lisa Cape of Defiance, William Neff (Amy) of Defiance and Patty Lefeld (Matt) of St. Henry; his grandchildren, Dauson, Kryshel, Hayden Dales, Brenna, Chance, Reece Cape, Sara, Ryan, Jared Neff, Tate, Quinn and Darby Lefeld; and his sister Gloria Neff.

Memorials are suggested to St. John Catholic Church, or Defiance Senior Services.
