She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Jack Temple and Barb Dailey. She is survived by: her parents, Scott Ward and Robin Temple; her children, Eric Lichtenwald (Megan Morris) of Defiance, Ethan Lichtenwald of Defiance and Jenna Lichtenwald (Darrell Robbins) of Defiance; and her siblings, Amanda, Kyle of David, A. J. and Audrey. She is also survived by her family and many good friends.
