He was predeceased by: his mother Janice Mansfield (Yeager); and his brother-in-law Robert Fett. He is survived by: his wife Kristi Mansfield (Newberry) of Defiance; his father Gerald A. Mansfield, Sr. of Defiance; his stepdaughter Mackenzie Newberry of Lima, OH; and his siblings, Dawn Hoellrich of Defiance, Denise Dameron (John) of Sterling Heights, MI, Darlene Mansfield of Pierceton, IN, Diana Fett of Defiance, Deb Leatherman (Ronald) of Defiance and Shawn Mansfield (Amanda) of Eldersburg, MD. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude's Children's Hospital, or to a charity of the donor's choice.
