He was predeceased by: his parents, Dean Neff and Lucille Neff (Heffley). He is survived by: his former wife Diane Neff (Fickel); his wife Dianna Neff of Defiance; his children, Tammy Hinkle (Craig) of Defiance, Mike Neff of Findlay, OH and Vandee Rawson (Aaron) of Waunakee, WI.; and his brother Dan Neff (Sue) of Archbold, OH.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren.
