She was predeceased by: her parents, Burl Lawson and Dorothy Lawson (Wimberly); and her sisters, Onita Bussing, Phylis Bussing and Doris Lawson.
She is survived by: her husband Timothy Gifford of Ft. Wayne, IN; her children, Wade Deming, Jr. (Melody) of New Haven, IN, Mike Deming (Carrie) of Sandusky, OH, Tonya Jacob of Defiance, Misty Alexander (Eric) of Oakwood, OH and Dawn Vanhorn (Jeff) of New Haven, IN.; and her siblings, Carol Medina of Defiance, Robert Lawson (Susan) of Defiance, Guy Lawson (Barb) of Defiance, Jack Lawson of Defiance and Jimmy Lawson of Florida. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren.
