He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Osborn and Helen Osborn (Sullivan); his brother Fred Osborn; his son-in-law Gary Saylor; and his nephews, Craig and Shawn Osborn.
He is survived by: his wife Pat Osborn (Ripke) of Defiance; his daughter Tammy Saylor of Defiance; his grandchildren, Ashley Newman (Gary Schlatter) of Defiance and Josh Imber (Abby) of Stryker, OH; his great grandchildren, Jaxson Newman, Nora Newman and Brielle Imber; his stepgreat-granddaughter Kiara Pruett; and his nephew Todd Osborn.
