He was predeceased by: his father Ralph Osborn; his wife Carolyn Osborn (Becker); his brother Robert Osborn; his stepson Curt Bergman; and his sisters, Glena Peffley, Thelma Flory, Margaret Kruse and Barbara Eitniear.
He is survived by: his children, Steven Osborn of Ohio City, OH, Becky Roehrs (Tim) of South Carolina, Suzan Lloyd (Rick) of Stryker, OH and Amy Lynn Proctor of Van Wert, OH; his stepchildren, Chris Bergman of Defiance, Carrie Homier (Tony) of Defiance and Carleen Bergman of Indianapolis, IN.; his grandchildren, Taytum Cochran, Lynn Miller, Nick Lloyd, Kevin Osborn, Keli Pontius, Roman Osborn, Kalena Osborn, Cody Osborn, Amber Proctor, Autum Moore and Angel Proctor; his stepgrandchildren, Austen Homier, Mallory Tietje, Kyler Gillespie, Klay Bergman and Kelcee Ramirez (Armando); and his sister Betty Schackow of Ayersville, OH.. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.
