He was predeceased by: his father Joseph DeSota; and his brother Kenny DeSota. He is survived by: his mother Donna DeSota (Howard); his wife Joan DeSota (Wirick) of Ney; his sons, Travis DeSota of Defiance and Justin DeSota (Kristie) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Benjamin DeSota and Mackenzie DeSota; and his siblings, Rick DeSota (Barb) and Sharon Adair of Continental. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
