She was predeceased by: her father Carl Patrick; her daughter Betty Hackworth; and her siblings, Kathleen Hampton, Roma Lou Jordan, Yvonne Osborn, Bill Ed Patrick and Clarence Patrick.
She is survived by: her family Sue; her husband Joe Hackworth of Defiance; her children, Brenda Vance (Clayton) of Cecil, OH, Glenda Hoellrich (Rex) of Ayersville, Vickie Plummer of Napoleon, OH and Delbert Hackworth (Karen) of Defiance; her sister Tommie Jean Edwards (Raymond) of Westville, IL; and her parents-in-law, Almeda Patrick, Rosella Pennington, Ned and Carol Hackworth. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren, 16 great-great-grandchildren.
Memorials are suggested to CHP Defiance Hospice Center.
