She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Hancock and Elta Hancock (Ream). She is survived by: her husband Timothy Vargo; her children, Tammy Bechtol of Defiance and David Bechtol of Defiance; and her siblings, Betty Siler, Reid, Jerry, Loren and Ned Hancock. She is also survived by three grandchildren, two great-grandchildren.
