She is survived by: her mother Nancy Cavins (Delph) of Defiance; her children, Dustin Cavins of Defiance, Dru Rucker of Defiance, Dorothy Parks (Matthew) of Oakwood, OH and Daphne Hall (Joshua) of Defiance; and her siblings, Scott Cavins of Orleans, IN, Archie Cavins (Wendy) of Louisville, KY and Susie White of Paoli, IN.. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
