Dawn C. Davis Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dawn C. Davis of Defiance, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 20, 2025 at the age of 61. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Dawn C. Davis to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lynn Roehrig and Josephine Roehrig (Martinez); and her sister Lia Joy Roehrig. She is survived by: her husband Jon Davis of Defiance; her children, Heather Young (Joseph) of Defiance, Derek Davis (Nicole) of Defiance, Chelsey Nagaraj (Raghava) of Charlotte, NC and Zachary Davis of Defiance; her grandchildren, Mikaylie Young, Emelia Davis, Ellenore Davis, Derek J. Davis, Zander Harold Davis, Parker Davis, Madelyn Davis and Shyla Dawn Nagaraj; her siblings, Tara Kaufman (Dave), Olin "Marty" Roehrig (Sherry), Christopher Roehrig (Kristen), Brett Roehrig (Gloria) and Corrinne Kunesh (Brad); and her sisters-in-law, Susie Geiger, Linda Bogatko (Paul), Cindy Predieri (Tim) and Mary Kay Emerson. She is also survived by nine furbabies.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A rosary was held on Thursday, April 24th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary Catholic Church (715 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512).
Memorials are suggested to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
