He was predeceased by: his parents, Russell Mansfield and Babe Mansfield (Osborn); his wife Kathy Mansfield (Call); and his sister Cheryl Mansfield. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Mansfield of Defiance, Anthony Mansfield of Defiance and Michael Mansfield of Defiance; his grandchildren, Xavier Mansfield, Jasia Froelich and Danger Ankney; his brothers, James Mansfield (Theresa) of Holgate, Gregory Mansfield (Lori) of Holgate and Russel Mansfield of Defiance; and his uncle Danny Hill of Defiance. He is also survived by his family and friends.
