We are sad to announce that on December 29, 2021, at the age of 72, Daniel Frantom in Defiance, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his sister Candy Smallwood (Youtsey). He is survived by: his wife Nancy Frantom (Thatcher); his children, Tamara Frantom (Jeffery Miller) of Convoy and Jeffery Frantom (Jamie) of Rochester, IN.; his grandchildren, Dustin Poling, Kelsie Poling, Jaycie Rickard Dunn and Shawn Frantom; his stepgrandchildren, Devin Howard and Zander Howard; his great grandchildren, Nathen Black, Kimber Poling and Kali Black; his sisters, Christine Youtsey, Cindy Conner (Allen) and Claudine; his grandchildren, Mike, Clara Warren and Cheryl Carlisile (Dennis); and his brother Charles Youtsey Jr. (Jackie). He is also survived by his wife, children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, preferred memorials to: Trinity Friends Church or American Cancer Society.
