We are sad to announce that on August 23, 2019, at the age of 57, Connie Holbrook (Defiance, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil On and Oleta I. Hasselschwert On (Pumphrey). She is survived by: her husband Stan Holbrook; her children, Brandy Miller (Timothy) of Defiance and Bradley Holbrook of Defiance; her siblings, Barb Reed (Jack) of Knoxville, TN and Virgil "Buddy" Hasselschwert Jr. of Defiance; and her grandchildren, Rylee and Alivia.

Her family request donations to the American Cancer Society.
