He was predeceased by: his mother Helen Sue Hoover (Humbert). He is survived by: his father George Hoover; his wife Mandy Hoover (Ussery); his children, Shane Hoover, Emma Hoover and Rylee Hoover of Defiance; his brother Jonathon Hoover; and his brother-in-law Brad Ussery (Stacy) of Defiance.
Due to pandemic restrictions, masks and social distancing are required.
Chris was an organ donor, so the family has requested memorials to be directed to Life Connections of Ohio.
