It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cheryl Ann Urivez of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on July 5, 2022, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Hax and Luana Hax (Perrigo); and her brother Robert "Bobby" Hax. She is survived by: her husband Oscar Urivez; and her children, Stacy Hall of Defiance, Oscar Urivez, Jr. (Jennifer) of Holland, Michigan, Maureen Russel (Jack) of Holland, Michigan, Christopher Pollitt of Decatur, Alabama and Timothy Omero (Christina) of Defiance.
