She is survived by: her husband Gary Zachrich; her children, Jerry Zachrich (Leanna) of Hicksville, Matt Zachrich (Sarah) of West Unity, Gina Lusk (Jason) of Defiance and Mindy Moore (Junior) of Edon; and her siblings, Janet Zehr (Danny) of West Unity and Jerry Phillips (Donna) of Tennessee.
