It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carolyn J. Slagle of Defiance, Ohio, who passed away on March 14, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Walker and Lois Walker (Sworden) of Napoleon; and her sister Brenda Walker. She is survived by: her husband Jay Slagle; her daughter Tammy Boettner (Robert); her grandchildren, Kevalyn and Devin Boettner; her siblings, Norm Walker (Susan) and Sharon Brubaker; and her half-brother Donnie Conners (Peggy). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorials in Carolyn's memory may be considered to the American Cancer Society, ASPCA or Heartland Hospice.
