She was predeceased by: her mother Hazel McCormick; her spouse Thomas C. Potts; and her sister Dolores Dawson. She is survived by: her children, Kandace Potts-Salaz (Ralph) of Defiance, Stevan Potts of Defiance, Scott Crossen of Mesa and Mike Crossen (Beth) of Cleveland, Ohio; and her grandchildren, Kaden Salaz, Benjamin Potts, Corey, Christine, Hayley, Courtney, Kelsey, Mackenzie and Mikey Crossen. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
