He is survived by: his wife Linda; his daughters, Tara Shirley (Ed), Dawn Rohn (Don), Paula Miller (Gary), Kim Bercaw and Lisa Campbell; his grandchildren, Caitlin, Danielle, Andrew, Kayla, Arica, Lauren, Sean, Brenna, Dane, Collin, Jakob, Catherine and Clayton; and his sister Sally Sloan. He is also survived by 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:30 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 25th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the same location.
The family requests no flowers or gifts. Donations can be given to any Veteran Organization in Butch's memory, or to CHP Defiance Home Hospice.
