He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Ankney of Defiance; his sons, Chris Ankney (Angie) of Defiance and Shane Ankney (Sara) of Montpelier, OH; his stepsons, Allen Chandler (Kalli Brigle) of Defiance and Joseph Addington (Angel Sprow) of Defiance; his grandchildren, Brooke (Travis), Zac, Kye (Paige), Braleigh, Jorja, Max and Alex; and his sisters, Rebecca Ankney of Defiance and Shelby Anderson-Southam (William Southam) of Defiance. He is also survived by his family and many good friends.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A funeral service will be held on Monday, January 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to a charity of the donor's choice.
