He was predeceased by: his parents, Leon Reliford and Clara Reliford (Grizzle); his wife Jenny Hill; his siblings, Geneva Stantz, Nancy Wagner, Elsie Garber, Ed, Jack and Calvin Reliford; and his grandson J. J..
He is survived by: his children, Debra Grimes of Paulding, Cindy Kreischer (Keith) of Montpelier, Rocky Reliford and John Reliford (Sabrina) of Montpelier; his siblings, Tracy Reliford (Gretchen) and Patricia Stover; and his sister-in-law Joye Gibson (Mary Green). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Schaffer Funeral Home (529 Jefferson Ave, Defiance, OH 43512). A funeral service was held on Monday, April 21st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorials are suggested to Defiance Police Officer's Association (for the children).
