She is survived by: her mother Grace Smith (Farris) of Lady Lake, FL; her husband David Roth of Defiance; her sister Leanzy Bailey (Mark) of Grand Island, FL; her children, Keri Gereear (Randy) of Defiance, Lisa Roth of Archbold, OH, Eric Roth (Tania) of Maryland and Christopher Roth of Angola, IN; and her grandchildren, Savannah, Nolan and Alyssa.
