She is survived by: her children, Brian Todd Kocher of Deersville and Barbara Bayliss of New Philadelphia; her niece Kelly Menefee (family: Victor Fish, River Blankenship) of New Philadelphia; and her stepbrother Jim Stoltz (Mindy). She is also survived by several other nieces and nephews and great-nieces and great-nephews.
