She was predeceased by: her father Merle Auker. She is survived by: her children, Caleb and Hazel Self; her mother Carol Self (McBride); her siblings, Mary Beth Rothwell, Christine McCoy (David), Steve Self (Becky) and Steve Heimberger; and her close friend Paul Williams. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Jennifer's name to FOA – Families of Addicts or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
