He was predeceased by: his parents, Ollie E. Adams and Lola V. Adams (Phillips); his daughter Laura J. Neff; and his aunt Marcella. He is survived by: his wife Mary Louise "Lou"; his children, Cheryl DeVita (Paul), Gary Phillips (Karen Murphy) and Alan Neff (Teresa); his grandchildren, Jason Neff (Kelsie Pennington), Katie Phillips (Andrew Cheap), Samantha Winner (Brad), Emily Phillips (Jon Giacalone), Rachel Neff (Davis Clayton), Carmen Phillips, Derek Devita and Shannon Phillips (Arjun Parikh); and his great grandchildren, Zoe, Olive, Maya, Jack, Elin and Theo. He is also survived by cousins, as well as many dear friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sycamore Presbyterian Church (11800 Mason Rd, Cincinnati, OH 45249). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, February 8th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
