He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Meadows and Carolyn Meadows; and his siblings, Arnetta Ontiveros, Norman Meadows and Leslie Meadows.
He is survived by: his children, Gregory Meadows (Stephanie) and Jennifer Neill (Jay); his grandchildren, Alexandra Craig (Zach), Sarah Cerny (Will), Jacob Meadows, Jack Neill and Jason Neill; his great grandchildren, Oliver Cerny and Nori Craig; and his sister Barbara Bailey (John) of Whiteville, NC..
