He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Donovan and Jane Donovan. He is survived by: his wife Jeanne Donovan; his children, Meg Bungenstock (Derrick), Michael Donovan (Lydia) and Mark Donovan (Amy); his brothers, Christopher Donovan (Ann) and Steven Donovan (Barb); and his aunt Dot Frantz. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations suggested to St. Cecilia Catholic Church.
