She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Richard A. Thien; her daughter Mindy Bryan (Steven); her grandchildren, Finn and Oliver; and her siblings, Sharon Hand and Fur-Mother.

She fought a courageous battle for over a year (mostly alone) due to Covid restrictions.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to Hospice of Cincinnati.
