With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Phillip C. Proctor of Deer Park, Ohio, born in Charleston, South Carolina, who passed away on October 6, 2023 at the age of 80. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his son Phillip C. Proctor Jr.; his parents, Henry Woodrow and Flossie Proctor; and his wife Ora Modean Proctor. He is survived by: his son Steven Proctor (Erica Gonzalez); and his granddaughter Valentina.

In lieu of flowers memorials suggested to St. Vincent de Paul.
