He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hoffman and Catherine Hoffman; his wife Cornelia F. Hoffman; and his sisters, Beverly Schwecke and Karen Willer.
He is survived by: his children, Paul, Peter (Beth), Mary and Todd Hoffman (Michelle). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many dear friends.
