He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Hubbard and Augusta Hubbard; his former wife Herminia "Minnie" Hubbard; his son John David Hubbard; and his granddaughter Heather Berryhill.
He is survived by: his wife Anna Hubbard; his children, Anne Berryhill (Carl), Gary Hubbard (Dianna), JoAnn Stevens (late Greg), Brenda Gillespie (Mark), James Hubbard and Carolyn Dykes (Bill); and his grandchildren, John, Daniel, Chris, Paula, Ben, Mark, David, Eric, Tyler, Austin, Tori, Annie and Matthew. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, as well as many dear friends.
