He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry Tuttle (Joe) and Delores Long Tuttle (Jeanne). He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Erin Weidner (Jason), Eric Tuttle (Stacy) and Sara Tuttle; his grandchildren, Jude, Saffron, Hawk, Oliver and Cadence; and his brother Brad Tuttle (Jana).

Memorial contributions can be made to the Ohio Valley chapter of the National Multiple Sclerosis Society of America (NMSSA) or to Queen City Hospice.
