He is survived by: his children, Robert Boots, Jennifer Elliott (Paul), Melissa Crutcher (Scott Walts) and Donald Scott Pierson; his grandchildren, Robby, Jason, Aaron, Courtney, Heather and Matthew; and his siblings, Jean Evans and Vikki Crosley (Ron). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and many dear friends.
