He is survived by: his wife Linda Osborne; his siblings, Jim Osborne (Melody) and Barbie Bentley; his daughter Patricia Friant; and his grandson Quinton Friant.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Staley-Strawser Funeral Home (7140 Plainfield Rd, Deer Park, OH 45236). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial contributions be made to The Wounded Warriors Project in honor of Charles' legacy of service.
