He was predeceased by: his father James C. Knotts; and his sister Lisa Knotts. He is survived by: his mother Gladys Knotts (Kirk) of Van Wert; his siblings, Clint Knots of West Virginia and Misty Landwehr (Jim) of Van Wert; and his nieces and nephews, Danielle Okang (Solomon), Sabrina Kline, Kaden, Gauge Landwehr and Jaden Knotts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Kelly's memory may be directed to the family for final expenses. .
