He was predeceased by: his parents, Dorothy Murph Hughes and Ralph Murph. He is survived by: his children, Jessica Simason, Megan Simason and Justin Simason; his grandson Elijah Simason; and his siblings, Denise Stickel (Gary Stickel), Sherry Wynn (Catherine Colosimo), Regina Dynes (Jim Dynes), Randall Murph and Ralph Murph (Penny Murph).
