He was predeceased by: his wife Bertha J. Scott; and his son Gregory P. Scott, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Bruce Scott (Jennifer), LaDene Williams-Fletcher, Michael Buchanan (Shelia), Jacqueline Scott, Deborah Holloway and Patricia Scott-Howard; and his grandchildren, Byron Scott (Candace), Trina Harris (Markus), Antwane Scott (Betsey), James Williams (Launda), LaMar Williams (Sherri), Christopher Williams (Demica), Michael Buchanan, Jr. (Kenya), Marnika Wooten (Kamari), Gregory Scott, Jr. and William Howard. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
