He was predeceased by: his parents, William Morgan and Mae Morgan (Baker); his brother James; his sister-in-law Sue Lee; and also, Louis and Alvina Eilerman.

He is survived by: his wife Joan Morgan (Eilerman); his children, Jennifer Morgan Keesaer (John) and Andrew Morgan (Kelly); his grandchildren, Morgan Keesaer, Grace Keesaer and Cole Morgan; his siblings, Samuel (Carol), Charles "Mickey" (Ruth Ann), Sally Hancock, Brenda La Fever (Bill) and Betty Murphy (Patrick); and his brother-in-law Jerome Eilerman (Jean).

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Down Syndrome of Louisville (In honor of Tom Morgan) 5001 S. Hurstbourne Pkwy, Louisville, KY 40291.
