He was predeceased by: his parents, Taylor Jones and Gelemar Jones Sr.; his wife Janis; his daughter Angela; and his siblings, Corene Herring, Ronald Jones, Edward Jones, Richard Jones and Sybil Jones.
He is survived by: his son Taylor Jones III (Diana); his grandchildren, Darian, Alyssa, Donovan and Victoria; his sister Shirley; and his brother-in-law James Tyree (Patricia).
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Calvary Baptist Church (3375 W Siebenthaler Ave, Dayton, OH 45406). A funeral service was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the West Memory Garden Cemetery (6722 Hemple Rd, Moraine, OH 45439).
