He is survived by: his daughter Jasmine Lewis of Middletown; his siblings, Stephanie Montgomery, Stacey Hicks (Theresa Butler) and Shannon Hicks; his fiancée Ursula Turner; his aunts and uncles, Reola Saunders (William) of Radcliff, KY and Barbara Holmes of Dayton; his nieces and nephews, Monica Wallace (Charles), Tyrea Searcy, Tenisha Montgomery, Veontae'Montgomery, Jamie Montgomery, Samantha Twitty, Deon'Tay Twitty, Shan'Que Twitty and De'Shae Hicks; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Charles Wallace Jr., Tyreal Searcy-Love, LeAnne Fletcher, Joseline Fletcher, Kalen Hicks, Nova Hicks, Kainan Head, Nolan Head and Noriel Head.
