She was predeceased by: her husband John C. McNeill; and her parents, Donald McDonald and Margaret J. McDonald (Wheatley). She is survived by: her daughters, Margaret Aschenbrenner of Beavercreek, OH and Laura Jones (Patrick) of Vienna, VA; and her grandchildren, Nathaniel Jones of Virginia and Rachel Lusava (Eric) of Kenya.
