He was predeceased by: his father Eugene Collins; and his sister Mary Margaret. He is survived by: his wife Joan Collins (Karwowski); and his children, Mark (Kathryn), Jean (Gerald Crowley) and Kathleen (Michael Leonard). He is also survived by nieces, grandchildren, and (now) two great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, please have a Mass said in Bob's name or make a donation to some form of Catholic education.
