He was predeceased by: his parents, Ohmer L. Jenkins and Lillian Jenkins (Cassell); and his sisters, Miriam Fogle (Clyde), Mildred Jenkins and Helen Dewey.
He is survived by: his wife Millie; his children, Belinda Rutherford (Greig), Todd Jenkins (Julie) and Teresa Penick (Dave); his grandchildren, Jason Rutherford (Hannah Klausman), Ryan Rutherford, Maria Wendt (Jon), Kristin Jenkins, Kara Jenkins, Matthew Jenkins, Jeremy Penick (Laura Bowen) and Emilie Penick; his great grandchildren, Jaxson, Kennedy, Elijah, Evalyn and Ezra; and his brother-in-law Paul Dewey. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
