Richard Henry Gross Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 12, 2025, at the age of 89, Richard Henry Gross (Dayton, Ohio) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard C. Gross and Harriett Gross (Minster). He is survived by: his wife Lucille Gross (Ceccarelli); his daughters, Erika Gross (Robert O'Neill) and Leslie Padilla (Gross); his stepsons, Joe DiCicco (Julia), Sean DiCicco (Audrey) and Eric DiCicco (Wendy); his grandchildren, Colin O'Neill, Oscar, Paloma Padilla, Dylan (Gina), Blake, Luke DiCicco, Julia Wichinsky, Gabriela, Olivia DiCicco, Cooper, Liam and Ty DiCicco; his great grandchild Sofia DiCicco; and his in-laws, Debby Ceccarelli (Knute), Denise Marr (Jeff), Brian Ceccarelli (Kim), Renee Ujevich (Mark) and Gary Ceccarelli (Julie). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to Ohio's Hospice of Dayton, whose compassionate care supported Dick and his family in his final days.
