We bid farewell to Phyllis May Stephens of Dayton, Ohio, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on November 18, 2024 at the age of 93. Phyllis May touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry A. Newman and Helen I. Newman (Schrader); her husband Gordon W. Stephens; and her siblings, Phyllip Newman, Dean, Gene Newman and Bernice Jennings.
She is survived by: her daughters, Helen "Diane" Sobel (Rich), Susan Gibbs (Ron) and Linda K. Hogle (Tom); her granddaughters, Dr. Lindsey Hogle, Jennifer Hogle and Jordan M. Jones (Steven); her great grandchildren, Maverick and Everett Jones; and her sisters-in-law, Pat Newman and Donna Newman. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Kindred Funeral Home (400 Union Blvd, Englewood, OH 45322). A funeral service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
