Phyllis P. Adkins Obituary

She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Estep and Lena Estep (Gregory); her husband Howard Leon Adkins; and her sister Guyneth Hamilton. She is survived by: her children, Vicki Blake, Donna Ayers (Bob) and Rod Adkins; her brothers, Vernon Estep and Woody Estep; her granddaughter Jenni Salamone (Chris); and her nieces, Angie Swank and Tammy Jett. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Swart Funeral Home (207 E Central Ave, West Carrollton, OH 45449). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
