She was predeceased by: her husband Ray; her parents, Thomas Petrey and Virginia Petrey; and her brother Robert Petrey. She is survived by: her sons, Michael W. and Douglas R. Neeley; her grandchildren, Douglas R. Neeley II and Karen Ann Kala; her great grandchildren, Katherine and Karolyn; her siblings, Thomas E. Petrey Jr. (Patricia) and Marilyn P. Dailey; her nephew Derek; and her nieces, Erika and Alexandra Rode.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Eastmont United Methodist Church.
